Linens are not provided. Please bring your own sheets, bedding, towels and pillows.
Check In & Check Out are flexible. Please let us know your plans. Generally Check Out time is 11 AM.
Fire Pits are available for use with roughly one bundle of wood provided. Feel free to bring more firewood.
Let us know if you would like information on various activities such as area swimming, waterfalls, hikes, and places of interest.

Pet Policy:
We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs with responsible owners.
There will be a Dog Fee of $20/Dog/Night with a maximum of two dogs per Cabin.
Please keep dogs off the furniture.
All messes inside and out are to be picked up and disposed of in trash bins.
Please be mindful of other guests on the property and leash dogs as needed.
Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their dogs to Parlin Farm Cabins property or the property of any guest of Parlin Farm Cabins.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking of any kind, including E-Cigarettes, is not allowed inside any of the Cabins.
Please only smoke in safe areas such as the dirt driveways.
Please dispose of any used smoking materials in trash bins.
Payments & Reservations:
We accept Credit Cards via PayPal. This can be in person or over the phone.
We can send a PayPal Invoice to your Email where you will make the online purchase yourself.
We will accept Personal Checks but must receive full payment at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
You can use Venmo to send us a payment.
For reservations of two or more days, we require a 50% deposit at the time of making your reservation with final payment due 14 days prior to Check-In. You can also pay in full at the time of making your reservation.
We accept single-night reservations; however, we require full payment at time of booking in order to reserve.
For Group Reservations, we will deal with only the group leader regarding the Reservation and payments. Please do not have other members of your group call or email to make separate payments or changes to the reservation. We will gladly provide information such as Check-In & Area Info and Directions to other members of your group.
After making your reservation with payment we will provide a Confirmation Email which will contain an Invoice, a Welcome Letter with Check-In/Out Info, Property & Parking Map and Directions.
Cancellations:
If more than 30 days prior to arrival, you can cancel and be fully refunded. Or transfer to a different date.
If 30 - 14 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Remaining amounts will be refunded or transferred to a different date.
If less than 14 days prior to arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Reservation not transferrable.
There will be no refunds for No-Shows, late arrivals or early departures.
